May 19, 2012 - It has been 10 years since the cabinets were painted. Last time the guy used the kind that washes off easy and this time I thought that is what I bought. But it is not sticking to the old paint. It looks ok but when I hung my clock, just barely touching the wall with the clock made the paint peel. What can I do to fix it? Do I have to remove all this new paint? It seems like if I paint over this that is not sticking, it still will come off! Any advise is...
